Last weekend was a wipeout for the fixtures but the weather became a bit kinder and we managed to get this weekend's fixtures played. Saturday's results and goalscorers uploaded and Sunday's should be uploaded by tomorrow night.

Fixture results and goalscorers up to date, however, only 1 fixture survived last weekend.

The current bad weather is putting paid to club fixtures and looks like doing so for another week or two. Still it gives our players a bit of time to work off those festive pounds.

This week saw on two matches take place, the U21's getting a draw and the 14A's getting a victory. Result and scoring tables updated.

I'm the process of backing up all the info from last season and then starting this season but , of course, I've forgotton how to do a lot of the stuff. Bear with me it shouldn't be too long.

With it being Easter this weekend there are no fixtures listed, however, the U11 team is off to Preston to compete in a tournament - I wish them luck and hope they play well.

It's not looking too hopeful for this coming weekend but, just in case, here are the scheduled matches. On Saturday the Premier 1 team is away to Kings Park Rangers, the Greater Glasgow team is at home to Moorpark, the U21 team away to Neilston Jnrs with the U19A and U14 teams both at home to Glasgow Uni and Barrhead respectively. Sunday sees the U19B team away to Torrance, the U16 team away to Arsenal, the U15 team away to Castlemilk with the U13A & B teams both away to Giffnock SC and Eastwood respectively.

Whether, given the weather, any fixtures will take place is a moot point, however, here is what is planned for the coming weekend. On Saturday the Premier 1 team are at home to Moorcroft, the Greater Glasgow team are at home to Crosslands with the U21 away to Neilston Jnrs. Also on Saturday the U14 team play St Cadoc's City at home. On Sunday the U19B team is at home to Wolves BC, the U16 team is at away to Pollok Utd, the U15 team athome to Glasgow Utd with the U13A & B teams at home to Eastwood and Clarkston respectively.

This weekend see 3 home games on Saturday for the Premier 1, Greater Glasgow and U21 teams who play Centre AFC, Ashvale Victoria and Hillwood BC respectively. The U21 team match is a Lady Darling Cup fixture. Also on Saturday the U19A team play Dumbarton Harp away, the U14A team play Glencairn with the U14B team facing Southside Utd. On Sunday the U19B team are away to Thorniewood, the U16 team at home to Drumchapel Utd, the U15 team are away to Drumchapel Utd and the U13A & B teams playing Clarkston and Celtic respectively.

This weekend sees the Premier 1, Greater Glasgow and U21 teams all with home matches against Shawlands FP, St Pats FP and Kilwinning Rangers respectively. The U14A team play Stamperland and the U14B team play St Cadoc Rovers. On Sunday the U13A team play Celtic, U15 team away to Morton, U14 team away to Port Glasgow and the U19B team at home to Shawlands Utd. Let's hope we get a break in the weather and start to get games on.

This weekend sees the Premier 1 team away to Shawlands, the U21 team at home to Knightswood Juv in the Golden Goals Cup and the U14A & B teams play Barrhead and East Kilbride Rolls Royce Youth respectively. On Sunday the U13A & B team have their own local derby, they are playing each other. Let's hope that these fixtures don't get beaten by the weather.

Busby 2 - 2 Eaglesham, match report uploaded.

Well, Christmas and New Year now over and the rest of the season looms large. This weekend sees the Premier1 team playing away and locking horns with Eaglesham in our local derby. Given that we have won the two previous games this season I'm sure the Eaglesham lads will be up for this one.  The Greater Glasgow team and U21 team are also away to Cambuslang and Glasgow Amateurs respectively.  On Sunday the U19B team are at home to Cambuslang, the U16 team away to West Park Utd and the U15 team is away to Broomhill.

I hope that all connected, past and present, with Busby have had a Merry Christmas and will have a very Happy New Year. With all the stuff I've had to do for Christmas the site has been neglected for the past week but I'll get back on top of things as soon as I have the time.

This weekend, 29/30 Nov, sees quite a lot of home ties for our teams. On Saturday the Premier1 team are on West of Scotland cup duty at home to Dumbarton Rock, Greater Glasgow team at home to Calderglen, U21 team at home to Dollar Glen FC in the Lady Darling cup and the U14A & B teams playing St Cadocs Rovers and St Cadocs City respectively. On Sunday the U19B team are at home to Thorniewood, the U16 team at home to Arsenal, the U15 team at home to Castlemilk and the U13B team play Stamperland at Cowan Park.

This weekend sees the Premier1 team on Wos Cup duty with an away tie against Houston, the Greater Glasgow team are also away, this time against Moorpark. In the Youth Section the U21 team are at home to St Peters Juv and on Sunday the U19B are away at Wolves, the U17 team are away to Rutherglen and the U16 team away to Torrance

This coming weekend sees the Premier1 team away to Dunoon, the U21 at home in the league to Baillieston Jnrs and the U19B at home(Sunday) to Torrance.  Other Sunday matches are the U17, U16 and U15 teams all at home to Hillwood, Blantyre Victoria and St Mirren respectively. The U14B team play Southside Utd at Kingston on Saturday and  on Sunday at Cowan Park the U13A play St Cadocs with th B team playing Queens Pk.

This weekend  sees the Greater Glasgow team try to get back to winning ways and have no better chance than a home league game against bottom team Alba Th.  In the Youth Section the U21's are once again listed to play Glasgow Uni in  the Trophy Centre League Cup, the the U14A's play St Cadocs Roversand the  U14B's versus Stamperland FC.

This weekend sees the Scottish Premier1 team away to Steins Th. in the Scottish Cup,  the Greater Glasgow team away to Ashvale Victoria in the league and the U21 team are at home to Glasgow Uni in the Trophy Centre League Cup. On Sunday the U19B team are at home to Harmony Row, U17 team at home  to Westerton, the U16 team at home to Celtic BC and the U15 team at Home to Park Villa.

The Under 21's crashed out of the Scottish Cup by the odd goal in 5 against Baillieston  but the U19A's recorded a decent win against Eastfield in the league. Result tables updated and match reports on file.
